Burton Renovation

Originally wreck of the week this run down detached cottage was in need of a extreme renovation. Set in the lovely village of Burton this property required underpinning & major structural changes. A small extension was added to the rear of the cottage to open up and improve the ground floor layout. A patio was created from the extension along with landscaping to create a back garden and parking area.

All interior work was completely new due to the state the property was in and finished to a high standard. This included new flooring, plastering, wood work, plumbing, heating and electrics as well as brand new kitchen and bathrooms installed . Quirky features were added to create a village cottage feel and allow an old home to be brought back to life with an in keeping modern feel.
